Job Description

SUMMARY:
We are searching for a Part-time Customer Service Rep with Medical Scheduling skills to work in our Round Rock, North Austin and Georgetown areas . Our ideal candidate will have great interpersonal communication skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Make outbound calls and take inbound calls. Ensure the office has correct demographic and insurance information on file. Schedule patients for advanced physical exams. Assist patients with scheduling appointments. Call on campaigns to schedule. Meet weekly and monthly scheduling goals. Proactively implement and execute scheduling processes. Ensure patients comfort by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering patient questions. Update patient records. Follow all HIPAA regulations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent computer skills. Experience with EMR Systems. Preferably Epic, ECW and Athena. POSITIVE, professional attitude and code of conduct. Ability to meet goals. Passionate about helping people and healthcare. Excellent, professional communication skills.
Job Type:
Part time.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
Schedule:
Hours 8am-5:00pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.
Work Location:
In person - Round Rock, North Austin and Occasionally Georgetown
