Construction Operations Scheduler Manager Blue Lagoons Pools & Spas Rowlett, TX Job Details Full-time $50,670.88 - $70,657.41 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Customer communication Coordinating with subcontractors on construction projects Customer service Records management Project management software Construction subcontract management Managing projects Leadership Time management Full Job Description Blue Lagoons Pools Construction Operations Scheduler Manager Position Summary Blue Lagoons Pools is seeking a highly organized Construction Operations Scheduler Manager to coordinate pool construction schedules, crews, subcontractors, inspections, materials, and customer milestones from pre-construction through completion. Key Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and update schedules for excavation, steel, plumbing, electrical, gunite, decking, plaster, startup, inspections, and final walkthroughs.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly work for internal crews, subcontractors, vendors, and field supervisors.
  • Monitor progress, identify delays or conflicts, and communicate schedule changes to leadership, field teams, subcontractors, and customers.
  • Manage workflow from contract handoff through completion, aligning permits, inspections, labor, and material deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate job status records, crew assignments, inspection dates, customer updates, and project notes.
  • Prepare look-ahead schedules and status reports for production meetings and leadership planning.
  • Improve scheduling processes and support customer satisfaction through timely, professional communication. Required Qualifications
  • Experience in construction scheduling, construction operations, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of construction sequencing, field operations, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite workflow.
  • Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and schedule changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software, project management platforms, Microsoft Office, or similar tools. Preferred Qualifications
  • Pool construction, outdoor living, residential construction, or specialty trade experience.
  • Experience coordinating permitting, inspections, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
  • Familiarity with milestone tracking, critical path planning, and short-term look-ahead scheduling.
  • Leadership experience supervising schedulers, coordinators, field support staff, or trade partners. Skills and Competencies
  • Scheduling and logistics coordination; construction operations; customer service; team coordination; documentation accuracy; adaptability in weather-sensitive, deadline-driven environments.
Work Environment This role is primarily office-based with frequent phone, email, production meeting coordination. The position requires responsiveness to weather impacts, labor availability, inspections, and customer needs. Compensation and Benefits Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Pay:
$50,670.88 - $70,657.41 per year
