Job Description
We are looking for a energetic, confident Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and coordinate and maintain the schedule for our dental office. Scheduling Coordinator responsibilities include setting up appointments, keeping our provider's schedule productive and rescheduling patients in a timely manner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Send out reminders for scheduled appointments. Reschedule or cancel appointments in a timely manner Manage and confirm appointments. Answer scheduling queries via email and phone Document scheduling processes and keep thorough records. Perform other administrative tasks when required. About the office We are a private family dentistry office in San Antonio, TX. We are currently looking for team members who are energetic, confident, team person and helps make this practice a success. Candidate should be smart, professional looking, fast learner and takes criticism positively. Dental office experience and Spanish speaking is required . Team player Hardworking Good with Multi-tasking Fast learner Professional outlook and interaction with the patients
