Within the first ten seconds, you help them breathe easier, capture the right details, and set a clear plan in motion. About TLC Electrical Serving Dallas-Fort Worth since 2003, TLC Electrical is a small, tight-knit team that takes pride in restoring comfort and safety for homeowners. New ownership took over in December 2025 and is investing in people, training, and growth. A day in this role Pick up before the third ring with a smile they can hear. Gather accurate customer info — names, addresses, and the exact street spelling — the first time. Ask targeted questions so the right electrician is sent on the first visit. Book the appointment and set accurate expectations about what happens next. Proactively update customers if a technician is running behind. Keep the schedule tight so technicians stay productive and customers stay happy. Check in with field techs throughout the day and keep the dispatch board moving. Training and support We'll teach you a proven phone system used by top service companies — line by line. What can't be taught is genuine warmth: that natural ability to make a stranger feel better after talking to you.
