Our scheduling office specialists interact with our patients daily through phone communication. In this role the daily tasks consist of; Answering incoming calls Scheduling/rescheduling appointments Intake new patient information Make outbound calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments, or schedule new patient appointments Bonus opportunities are available after training! Job Requirements Prior experience as a customer service specialist, or previous medical office experience, ideally within a similar setting. Sales experience is highly advantageous. Computer literate with an above-average typing speed. Superb verbal and written communication skills. Thorough, with excellent listening skills. Ability to calm irate, and anxious patients Capacity to navigate stressful situations with ease. The ideal candidate will have an availability between the hours of 8am

• 6pm Monday through Friday, as well as 2 evenings until 9 pm. Occasional Saturdays or Sundays from 9am
• 3pm, or 3pm
• 9 pm (will not exceed 40 hours per week).
