Type:

full-time Brunel is currently seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support a large-scale Data Center Construction project in Hubbard, Texas. Per Diem is Available The Senior Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules throughout the construction lifecycle. This position will work closely with project management, construction teams, contractors, subcontractors, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to maintain schedule alignment and identify potential impacts to project milestones. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Develop and maintain Level 3 and Level 4 schedules.
  • Build and maintain integrated master schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover activities.
  • Develop Work Breakdown Structures, activity sequencing, logic relationships, milestones, and schedule baselines.
  • Monitor project progress against the approved baseline and identify schedule variances.
  • Analyze critical path, near critical path, float, constraints, and schedule risks.
  • Review and integrate contractor and subcontractor schedules into the overall project schedule.
  • Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement activities, equipment deliveries, construction activities, and commissioning milestones.
  • Track long lead equipment and identify potential impacts to project milestones.
  • Participate in schedule review meetings with project managers, construction managers, superintendents, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct site visits to validate reported physical progress.
  • Prepare schedule updates, progress reports, milestone forecasts, and schedule narratives.
  • Support schedule recovery planning and mitigation strategies when delays or schedule impacts occur.
  • Perform schedule quality reviews, including DCMA 14 Point assessments.
  • Support Time Impact Analysis, change management, and schedule impact assessments.
  • Support commissioning, startup, and phased turnover planning. Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in project scheduling, construction scheduling, or project controls.
  • Experience supporting large scale construction projects.
  • Experience with Data Center, Mission Critical, Semiconductor, Industrial, EPC, or similar complex construction projects.
  • Advanced experience with Primavera P6.
  • Experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules.
  • Experience with Critical Path Method and schedule logic.
  • Experience coordinating contractor and subcontractor schedules.
  • Experience with construction, commissioning, and turnover schedules.
  • Ability to analyze schedule progress, delays, constraints, and impacts. Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct Data Center Construction experience.
  • Experience with hyperscale or mission critical projects.
  • Experience with MEP construction and commissioning.
  • Experience tracking long lead electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Experience with DCMA 14 Point schedule assessments.
  • Experience with Time Impact Analysis and delay analysis.
  • Experience with resource and cost loaded schedules.
  • PMP or other project controls certification.
  • Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Power BI, or Smartsheet.
