Join Our Team at Total Care 2 U! At Total Care 2 U, we believe in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care—whether through telemedicine or in the comfort of our patients' homes. Located in the heart of Waxahachie, TX, our office is a supportive, non-clinical environment where we work closely with Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Medical Assistants (MAs) to coordinate exceptional care. About the Role As an Appointment Scheduler, you'll be the friendly voice guiding our patients through their care journey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting and is passionate about making a difference in patients' lives. Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Key Responsibilities Coordinate both in-home and telemedicine appointments for our providers. Collaborate with Home Health Companies to ensure seamless scheduling. Maintain organized and up-to-date schedules for our clinical team. Serve as a compassionate point of contact for patients, addressing their needs and concerns. Support a culture of care and respect, ensuring every patient feels valued and heard. What We're Looking For Comfort and confidence in speaking with patients over the phone. Proficiency with computers and scheduling software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. At least 1 year of medical office experience.
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
