Role Description The Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Holladay, Utah. This role supports day-to-day operational activities, including ordering fabric samples, creating excel spreadsheets, office management, and helping with the interior design ordering process. Responsibilities include assisting with building invoices, creating furniture spreadsheets, office supply management. This role collaborates closely with operations leadership to support continuous improvement and smooth project execution. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Operations and Operations Management to support project workflows and daily business processes. Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track data, monitor project status, and assist with reporting and process improvements. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with team members, clients, and external partners. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities for managing documentation, schedules, and multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Excel spreadsheets, word processing, project tracking tools); experience with construction or design-related systems is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and adapt to changing priorities in a project-based setting. Relevant experience in operations, administration, or project coordination; background in construction, architecture, or design is beneficial.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
