Job Description

Position Summary The Branch Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our St. George location, including customer service, order processing, inventory, order fulfillment, and deliveries. This is a hands-on role with a high level of independence and minimal day-to-day supervision. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to customers and suppliers. Pull, prepare, stage, and verify orders for customer pickup and delivery. Deliver products safely and professionally throughout St. George and surrounding areas. Receive, organize, stock, and maintain inventory. Maintain delivery vehicles and report maintenance or safety concerns. Communicate regularly with the Salt Lake City team regarding orders, inventory, customers, and operational needs. Resolve customer concerns and day-to-day operational issues with appropriate judgment and urgency. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Follow all company safety, operational, and security procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Dependable, responsible, and willing to take ownership of daily responsibilities. Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload products.
Preferred:
Experience in warehouse, distribution, construction supply, building materials, or a related industry. Experience operating a forklift and flatbed truck. Previous delivery, order fulfillment, inventory, or customer service experience. Knowledge of home exterior or construction products. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and work in a warehouse environment. Ability to lift and carry products Ability to load and unload products safely. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely operate a company delivery vehicle. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means the St. George branch is running efficiently, customers are well served, orders are accurate and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will operate confidently with limited supervision, and actively look for ways to help the St. George location succeed.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
