Compensation & Growth:
Top performers earn $60,000- 180,000+ annually ($5,000
- 15,000/month) $1,000 training bonus (M1) paid after first qualified packet is submitted and NTP'd $250 per kW installed (M2)

Responsibilities:
Knock doors in Utah County, Tooele County, Salt Lake County, and Davis County Engage homeowners with professionalism and energy Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar (full training provided) Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales consultants Maintain accurate lead information in our CRM Collaborate with closers and the sales team to hit company targetsQualifications:
Sales, customer service, or canvassing experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and resilient to rejection Why Join Spring Solar?
