Job Description The Young Automotive Group is Growing Again! We are actively hiring an Events Operations Coordinator to join our team at Young Automotive Group. This role is the operational backbone of our events and venues business — you'll keep proposals moving, systems talking to each other, and venue calendars accurate, so our sales and events teams can focus on delivering great experiences. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable picking up the phone, following up relentlessly, and turning an inquiry into a booked event. You'll work closely with our Events Team to make sure every event you sell is set up to succeed. 1 Responsibilities Build and send proposals quotes contracts and invoices; track approvals signatures and payments through to close Own the accuracy of our sales pipeline — keep records clean stages current and follow-ups on schedule Manage and maintain our CRM systems including integrations between platforms so data flows correctly and nothing falls through the cracks Troubleshoot system and workflow issues; identify gaps and improve how our tools work together Maintain master calendars for each venue preventing double-bookings and keeping availability accurate across all systems Manage venue schedules end to end — holds confirmations changes and cancellations Step in to sell and conduct venue tours as needed including covering for the sales team Serve as the communication link between events management and vendors coordinating details timelines and requirements Build and maintain SOPs templates and checklists that make our process repeatable Support reporting on bookings pipeline activity and revenue Qualifications 2+ years in sales operations business operations event coordination or a related role Hands-on CRM experience — comfortable with system administration integrations and troubleshooting not just data entry Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new platforms quickly Experience building proposals quotes or invoices with a high bar for accuracy Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple venues and bookings at different stages Clear professional communication with clients vendors and internal teams Comfort stepping into a sales conversation and giving a venue tour Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends based on the event calendar Valid driver's license and clean driving recordBenefits
