We're looking for a friendly, organized, education-minded team member to help keep our learning center running smoothly. You'll work closely with our licensed and certified teachers, students, and families while supporting the day-to-day operations of the center. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys education and wants a part-time role without the responsibilities of a full-time teaching position.
Schedule School Year:
Monday-Thursday, 2:00-6:30 PM + Saturday, 10:00 AM-1:00PM Summer:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-12:30 PM Approximately 15-20 hours per week What You'll Do Support our teachers and help ensure the after-school program runs smoothly Help coordinate students, schedules, and daily activities Communicate with parents and provide a welcoming experience for families Answer phones, emails, and general questions Schedule assessments, appointments, and student sessions Help organize student information, materials, and supplies Assist teachers with preparation and provide support when needed Help maintain a positive, organized, and professional learning environment Assist with occasional school or community events Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Director The Executive Director handles sales and enrollment , allowing you to focus on supporting our teachers, students, families, and the smooth operation of the center. You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have experience in education, teaching, tutoring, childcare, or working with students Enjoy working alongside teachers and supporting an educational team Are organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative Communicate well with students, parents, and staff Are comfortable using basic computer programs and office technology Enjoy a role where every day is a little different A teaching license or degree in education is a plus , but we're also interested in experienced educators, retired teachers, education students, and others with strong experience working with children. This is a support and operations role—not a sales position. You'll be an important part of the team helping our teachers do what they do best: help students succeed.
