Dental Scheduling Coordinator

Dental Scheduling/Treatment Coordinator Pay DOE The heart of our company is our team! Our dental practice strives to provide our patients with excellent care. The right candidate for this position is someone who enjoys going the extra mile to make patients feel welcomed, understood, and comfortable. As our Scheduling/Treatment Coordinator, you are the first person our patients have contact with over the phone and in person. This position is an integral role in our practice as your attention to detail directly affects the patient experience. Must be available to work Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. What you'll do: Greet and check-in patients Provide customer service for in-bound and out-bound calls Ensure an efficient schedule Prepare financial estimates for treatment Patient follow-up Recare management Update insurance notes Prepare and send written communications to patients and referring doctors What you'll bring: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated - Independent worker with team oriented attitude Good time management skills Problem solving skills Positive attitude Efficiency with Microsoft Office Experience in the dental field (preferred) Why you want to work here: Positive work environment Great working hours Dental benefit program Medical insurance Holiday pay Paid time off
