Role Overview This role is a base pay of $17/hr + commission, with the commission driven by performance & closed calls. As an Influencer Scheduler, you'll own the front end of our sales pipeline. You'll be responsible for managing inbound responses from cold email campaigns, booking sales calls, and ensuring our sales team is fully prepared for every call. This is not a passive role. We're looking for someone who is organized, competitive, goal-driven, and hungry to prove themselves. Key Responsibilities Book sales calls from inbound emails, dms, and form submissions. Manage inbound email replies (Neatly organized for easy use) Respond to leads quickly, clearly, and persuasively Provide the sales team with complete and accurate context for every booked call Keep CRM and internal systems clean, organized, and up to date Track performance metrics (booked calls, reply rates, campaign performance)Handle additional daily operational tasks critical to keeping sales running smoothly What We're Looking For Highly organized — you don't miss details or drop balls Strong written communication skills (clear, confident, persuasive) Motivated by goals, commission, and performance Takes ownership and responsibility without being micromanaged Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Experience with cold email, outbound sales, or appointment setting is a plus (but not required) Understanding of sales & marketing process - with a hint of consumer thought processing Why Join Dava?
