The position begins with an approximately eight-week field project supporting vegetation-management operations throughout Utah and Wyoming. You will operate trucks and specialized spray equipment, work outdoors in oil and gas fields, and help complete large-scale herbicide applications. Strong performers may have the opportunity to continue with PMG in a longer-term role serving in the Intermountain West. The long-term opportunity combines hands-on field operations with customer and territory development, including building relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities, and servicing the accounts you help develop. Commission opportunities are available for qualifying sales performance. We are looking for someone hardworking, highly self-motivated, eager to travel, comfortable working independently, and good with people. What You'll Do Operate trucks and specialized herbicide application equipment. Drive on gravel, dirt, oil-field, and off-road terrain. Apply herbicides using hoses, booms, pumps, and related equipment. Complete assigned treatment areas safely, accurately, and efficiently. Perform routine vehicle and equipment inspections. Maintain required field and application records. Travel to project locations and remain away from home during the workweek when required. Communicate effectively with team leads, coworkers, and customers. Help identify potential commercial customers and vegetation-management opportunities. What We're Looking For Required Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Experience operating trucks, large vehicles, agricultural equipment, or heavy equipment. Comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor work. Willing and able to travel regularly. Ability to work independently without constant supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward measurable goals. Comfortable speaking with customers and prospective customers. Previous sales, customer service, or business-development experience. Experience operating spray or truck-mounted equipment.
