Required:
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Experience in the Financial Industry.

Understanding of accounting principles, cost basis, gain/loss reporting, and regulatory reporting.

Knowledge of database, spreadsheet applications, and data modeling, including Microsoft Excel and Access.

Superior oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Excellent time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and quality of work.

Ability to exercise sound and decisive judgment.

Commitment to personal development.

Preferences:

Financial services, operations, tax operations, or accounting experience.

Experience with automation tools such as Alteryx, UI Path, and EUC tools.

Responsibilities:

Handle all reporting obligations for Wealth Management and Institutional clients, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.

Maintain cost basis records and provide Gain/Loss reporting for assets held in Wealth Management customer accounts.

Work closely with cross-organizational operations teams to handle related queries and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure accuracy of regulatory reporting, including cost basis and withholding.

Support requirements and testing of strategic platform initiatives with a major focus on automation.

Collaborate with technology teams to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
