Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Asset & Facilities Coordinator to oversee the maintenance, organization, and readiness of company assets. This position plays a key role in ensuring our fleet, equipment, trailers, and facilities are properly maintained, safe, and ready for use. In addition to managing company assets, this role will assist with logistics and transportation for occasional company trips, including transporting equipment and occasionally passengers. The ideal candidate enjoys variety in their work, takes ownership of responsibilities, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles and trailers. Coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, registrations, and repairs. Track maintenance schedules and maintain accurate service records. Ensure vehicles, trailers, and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for use. Oversee inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies. Assist with maintenance and upkeep of company buildings and facilities. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance. Help organize storage areas, shop spaces, and company property. Assist with transporting equipment and supplies for company events and Lake Powell trips. Occasionally transport employees or guests as needed. Perform general errands and operational support tasks. Identify maintenance issues before they become larger problems. Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to tow trailers safely. Comfortable driving trucks with trailers. Mechanically inclined with basic knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail. Able to prioritize multiple projects and work with minimal supervision. Professional attitude and strong customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with fleet management or equipment maintenance. Basic building maintenance or handyman experience. Experience towing boats or recreational trailers. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain). What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will: Keep company vehicles and trailers in excellent operating condition. Ensure company equipment is organized and readily available. Proactively identify maintenance needs before they become costly problems. Help company trips and events run smoothly through reliable logistics support.
