Full Job Description Job Description:
Ride with ALM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Associate to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the efficiency, safety, and quality of our rental car operations. As a Fleet Operations Associate, you will oversee the daily management of our fleet, maintain vehicle readiness, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Inventory Management:
Monitor and track the availability and location of all vehicles in the fleet. Ensure accurate inventory records and promptly address discrepancies. 2.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance and service appointments. Perform basic vehicle inspections to identify maintenance or repair needs. 3.
Pick-Ups and Drop-Offs:
Safely transport vehicles between locations, including customer hand-offs, service centers, and branch offices. Provide friendly and professional interaction with customers during vehicle exchanges. 4.
Vehicle Cleanliness:
Maintain cleanliness standards by ensuring vehicles are washed, vacuumed, and prepared for rental. 5.
Inspections and Reporting:
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after rentals, documenting any damages or irregularities. Report findings to the appropriate department for resolution. 6.
Repossessions:
Assist in the recovery of vehicles when necessary, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to legal and company guidelines. 7.
Operational Support:
Collaborate with team members to address operational challenges and meet customer needs. Support other fleet management tasks as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Pay:
From $2,400.00 per month
