Job Description
Operations & Growth Associate (Scaling Innovative Health & Wellness Brand) Inner Glow is redefining healthcare and wellness—helping people feel confident, healthy, and empowered from the inside out by developing novel nutraceuticals that nourish your skin from within. We're now scaling fast and looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Growth Associate to help us grow. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll work directly with leadership across operations, customer experience, and growth. What You'll Do Manage and process daily Shopify orders Handle subscriptions and recurring shipments Track orders and quickly resolve issues Monitor inventory and coordinate fulfillment Respond to customer inquiries and product questions Support physician offices with wholesale orders Help onboard new physician partners Assist the CEO with day-to-day operations and coordination Prepare for meetings and support key projects Contribute to new product launches additional responsibilities include keeping track of supplement inventory, including at the warehouse and transferring boxes between the warehouse and the office location. This would require use of your vehicle.
