full-time Role Summary Entry-level role responsible for executing core operational and service functions that support SEIA advisors and their clients. This position focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and foundational knowledge development across custodial and platform systems. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume, standardized operational tasks (account opening, maintenance, transfers, cash movements) Maintain and update client and account data across systems (Salesforce, Tamarac, custodians) Process service requests from advisors and clients with defined procedures Monitor workflows, alerts, and queues to ensure timely completion of tasks Identify errors or discrepancies and escalate appropriately Support operational needs across Schwab, Fidelity, AssetMark, SEI, CAIS, iCapital, insurance, and brokerage platforms

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or 0 to 2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Computer skills required: Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Order Processing Systems; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); and CRM software.
