Type:
full-time Customer Service Representative LHH is partnering with a client in Falls Church, VA looking to bring on a motivated and service-oriented Customer Support Representative. This is an ongoing temporary assignment that will begin asap for the next 6 months+ with the potential to convert to permanent.

Schedule:
40 hours per week
Pay Rate:
$21-$24 per hour About the Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and building professional relationships in a collaborative office environment. Please note:
This is an office-based customer support role and not a call center position. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for an assigned group of customers. Respond to customer inquiries and support requests in a professional and timely manner. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams. Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high service standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners. Accurately document customer interactions and updates within company systems. Support customer success initiatives and contribute to client retention efforts. Communicate customer needs and feedback to appropriate internal stakeholders. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications and CRM systems. Strong customer service orientation and desire to help clients succeed. Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and processes. Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude. Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or a related industry is highly preferred. Previous customer service, administrative, or client-facing experience is a plus.
