Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH! MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Master Schedulers to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii and Herndon, Virginia. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leads the development of the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinates schedule updates across multifunctional departments. Validate schedule health metrics and authorize adjustments to the critical path to maintain program alignment. Monitor performance against schedule baselines and lead internal teams in achieving complex milestone goals. Executes strategic schedule oversight for logistics and sustainment milestones across the Pacific theater. Validate the accuracy of task-level schedules and lead internal assessments to ensure alignment with theater-specific operational standards. Coordinate with Mission Partners to proactively identify and resolve schedule slips before they impact regional mission readiness. Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Senior Level Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education). Experience in formal schedule oversight and acting as a Functional Lead for schedule integration. Midlevel Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education). Proficiency in MS Project or other scheduling software.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMI-SP or PMP certification. DAWIA Level II in Program Management (or equivalent). Experience with MS Project or Primavera in a DoW environment.

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
