Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator Bruchal Orthodontics Bothell, WA Job Details Full-time From $22 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Free parking Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Employee discount Paid sick time Qualifications Computer operation Phone communication Computer literacy Administrative experience Medical administrative support Medical records Organizational skills Front desk Clerical experience Full Job Description Overview 4 days per week (Tues - Fri), approximately 32 hours per week (8:30am - 5:30pm, lunch 1-1:50) Welcoming patients, checking them in & out, and scheduling appointments Answering multi-line phone, email, and text messages Managing paper flow including scanning and uploading documents Managing the reception area (making guests feel welcome, cleaning and straightening on a regular basis, etc.) Take payments from patients and provide receipts Summary This is a front desk position at a small, boutique orthodontic practice. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and great customer service skills to greet and help make our patients feel welcome! You will be essential in taking new patient information and scheduling new patient exams as well as assisting existing patients and parents with scheduling appointments. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core skills in dental administrative support and patient service will be vital in enhancing patient experiences. Additionally, your relevant basic computer skills and outstanding customer service skills will support effective communication and coordination among staff and patients. We are looking for someone who wants to work with a team to provide outstanding patient care and an amazing patient experience! Qualifications (Required where noted, otherwise preferred) Outstanding customer service and people skills (Required) Strong communication skills (Required) Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems (Required) Strong clerical and organizational skills with attention to detail (Required) Reliable and team player (Required) Proven experience in dental administrative support and/or front desk operations Strong knowledge of medical records management and patient service Familiarity with dental patient management software Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and dental terminology
