As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the crucial first point of contact, engaging directly with potential customers in their homes to identify needs and schedule valuable consultations. What You'll Do:
Engage with homeowners in their communities, presenting True Blue Roofing's services with enthusiasm and professionalism. Master the art of conversation, quickly building trust and understanding customer needs. Skillfully identify and qualify potential clients, determining their interest in our roofing solutions. Schedule appointments for our sales closers, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads. Maintain meticulous records of your daily activities and interactions within our CRM system. Consistently work towards and achieve your daily and weekly appointment setting targets. Embrace the learning process and leverage training to continuously improve your approach.
What You'll Need:
Previous sales experience required. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with a wide range of people. A natural talent for building rapport and making a positive first impression. Resilience and a positive outlook, understanding that every interaction is a learning opportunity. A self-driven and proactive approach to managing your daily schedule and activities. A genuine desire to learn and grow within a dynamic sales environment.
