Job Description

Job Overview We're looking for a personable, detail-oriented Phone Intake & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level, in-office position - no restoration experience necessary. You'll be the first point of contact for customers calling in, often during stressful situations, so a great attitude and a calm, helpful phone manner matter more than a resume full of experience. Duties Answer inbound phone calls promptly and professionally Gather customer information and enter it accurately into our scheduling/CRM system Schedule and coordinate service appointments for our field technicians Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates Maintain organized, accurate records through consistent data entry Provide friendly, empathetic customer service to callers who may be dealing with property damage Assist with other basic administrative and office support tasks as needed Experience Comfortable and confident using computers, email, and basic office software Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry Clear, friendly phone and communication skills Positive attitude and ability to stay calm and empathetic with customers in stressful situations Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a small team environment No prior industry experience required - we'll train the right person High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be local to the Tacoma, WA area Must be able to pass a background check Join us to kickstart your career in a vibrant environment where your organizational talents and communication prowess will shine! $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
