Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized scheduler to lead the daily operations of our dynamic office digital assistant system to promotes a positive workplace culture, and supports overall business scheduling efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to coordinate multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Phone Management:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally when needed providing information about our services and effectively handling customer inquiries. 
Service Coordination:
Schedule carpet cleaning services and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely execution of service requests. 
Customer Engagement:
Explain our water restoration services to potential customers, providing clear and accurate information to aid their decision-making process. 
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and scheduling, demonstrating high attention to detail. 
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the team to improve office processes and enhance customer service delivery. 
Adaptability:
Utilize various skills to address a broad range of tasks in a small office environment, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness.
Qualifications:
 Proven experience as a scheduler or in a similar administrative role.  Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.  Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  Attention to detail and high accuracy in record-keeping and financial tasks.  Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.  Experience in scheduling and coordinating appointments is desirable.  Experience in the restoration or service industry is a plus but not required. Why Join Us? Pay:
$18.00 - $22.90 per hour
