Job Description
Do you love helping people, staying organized, and being the person who keeps everything running smoothly? We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and creating a great customer experience from the very first phone call. As our Service Scheduler , you'll be the first impression for many of our service customers. You'll help them schedule appointments, answer questions, coordinate transportation, and make vehicle maintenance as easy as possible. No automotive experience? That's okay, we can teach you cars. We can't teach a positive attitude, kindness, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls with energy and professionalism. Schedule service appointments efficiently. Help customers understand their maintenance and repair options. Coordinate pick-up and delivery appointments. Assist customers with Mobile Service scheduling. Follow up with customers regarding upcoming maintenance. Reschedule appointments when needed while keeping technicians' schedules productive. Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure a smooth customer experience. Keep appointment information accurate and organized. Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction. We'd Love Someone Who Is Friendly and genuinely enjoys helping people. Organized and able to multitask. Comfortable talking on the phone throughout the day. Positive, dependable, and a team player. Detail-oriented. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have Customer service experience Scheduling or administrative experience Call center experience Automotive dealership experience (not required) What We Offer Hourly Pay between $18-$20 based on experience.
