Do you enjoy solving problems, keeping things organized, working with people, and taking an idea from "we should fix this" to "it's done" ? Huron Automotive is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in keeping our business organized, efficient, and moving forward. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position working directly with ownership and department leaders. You won't be confined to one department or doing the same thing every day. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to learn how a growing automotive business operates from the inside out—from business performance and process improvement to marketing, employee support, vendors, and day-to-day operations. What You'll Do As our Operations Specialist, you'll wear a lot of hats—and that's exactly what makes this role exciting.Your responsibilities will include:
Business Operations:
Keep day-to-day administrative operations organized and help ownership and department leaders stay on top of projects, deadlines, vendors, renewals, and business initiatives.Business Performance:
Maintain company KPI reporting, prepare monthly reports and presentations, track performance trends, and help identify opportunities to improve the business.Process Improvement:
Look for ways to make the company more efficient, organized, and accountable. Develop, document, and implement improved processes and procedures.Employee & HR Support:
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, employee documentation, compliance, and internal communications.Marketing & Customer Growth:
Coordinate marketing activities, social media, online reviews, promotions, customer retention initiatives, and marketing performance tracking.Vendor & Business Administration:
Manage communication with vendors and service providers, coordinate renewals and important deadlines, and assist with business compliance and administrative requirements.Special Projects:
Research solutions, troubleshoot problems, and take ownership of projects that help the business improve. Whatever Needs toBe Done:
