Job Description
Job description Nicolet Law is seeking a full-time highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to company leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of multitasking. This position will have an opportunity to take on increasing responsibilities and is based out of our office in Hudson, WI.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing daily mail and deliveries. Order and maintain supplies inventory. Be the first point of contact for office visitors and all contractors including HVAC, maintenance, office cleaners, parking, pest control, etc. Be responsible for office keys, fobs, parking passes. Empty, fill, and run dishwasher and keep office tidy and organized. Assist with any tech needs from the IT department including printer troubleshooting, ink replacement, etc. Support the accounting department with administrative and clerical tasks. Assist Business Director and operational departments as needed with additional tasks and special projects as assigned.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative, office support, accounting support, or coordinator experience. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with changing priorities. Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Demonstrates problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Professional demeanor, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality. Able to adjust quickly and effectively to new situations and unforeseen challenges. Possess a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
