Pay:
$40,000-$45,000/year A growing, family-owned construction company that's well-established in its industry is looking for a Scheduler to keep its crews and projects moving. This is a great fit for someone who's organized, doesn't rattle easily, and likes juggling a lot of moving pieces at once. What you'll do: Coordinate daily and weekly schedules for field crews, subcontractors, and equipment Communicate with project managers and clients on timelines and changes Adjust schedules on the fly when weather, materials, or delays throw things off Track project progress and flag scheduling conflicts before they become problems Keep accurate records in the scheduling software What they're looking for: 1+ years of scheduling, dispatch, or coordination experience (construction/trades a plus, not required) Strong communication skills — comfortable talking with crews and clients alike Someone who can stay calm and think on their feet when plans change Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling software a plus Why this role: Family owned and operated for 40 + years, with a real focus on quality products and service Close-knit office that treats each other like family Flexible with their people — they get it when a kid's sick or has a game Relaxed environment, jeans are the dress code Incredible longevity on the team — a lot of folks have been there 15 to 30 years #INJUL2026
