Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Staff Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and drive operational excellence through effective workforce planning. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our staffing operations, ensuring optimal scheduling that aligns with our members' needs and employee availability. Your proactive approach will empower teams, streamline processes, and foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage staff schedules to meet operational demands while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies. Collaborate with Administration and Human Resource teams to forecast staffing needs based on project timelines, workload fluctuations, and strategic initiatives. Utilize scheduling management software and HR systems to automate scheduling processes, track attendance, and generate reports. Conduct ongoing analysis of staffing patterns to identify gaps or inefficiencies; propose solutions to optimize workforce deployment. Coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires, including orientation sessions and initial training programs, ensuring seamless integration into teams. Maintain accurate time records of employee hours through scheduling management software Engage in relationship management by communicating effectively with employees regarding schedule changes, shift preferences, and availability. Requirements Proven experience in high-volume recruitment or full cycle recruiting within fast-paced environments; familiarity with technical recruiting is a plus. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to manage employee relations and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently. Proficiency in scheduling management software such as When I Work, Connectteam or similar HR systems; experience with HR legal compliance and employment law is essential. Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; strong problem-solving skills are vital for effective workforce planning.
