Renewal by Andersen of Wyoming, Montana and Rapid City is currently hiring for the position of Scheduler/Call Center Agent. Renewal by Andersen is a 'start to finish' residential window replacement company serving Wyoming, Montana, and the Rapid City, SD area. We are the full-service replacement division of Andersen Windows, which is the largest and oldest window manufacturer nationwide. The purpose of this position is to communicate with customers effectively and professionally, while excelling in multi-tasking, scheduling, and exceptional communication skills. •Competitive Bonus Program available, rewarding strong performance and achievement of key goals.• Primary responsibilities include: The Scheduler/Call Center Agent is responsible for ensuring that the company's positive image and reputation remains intact through daily interactions with existing and potential customers.

Their main responsibilities include:

Directing inbound phone calls to the proper department in the office. Qualifying leads and setting appointments for outside sales consultants in multiple states. Following various communication scripts when speaking to existing and potential customers. Answering inquiries or questions about the products and/or services provided. Confirming appointments. Collaborating within the department to improve processes or customer experience. Seamlessly works as a team in conjunction with the Marketing Department Various other office duties as assigned. Position Requires the following

Skills:

High attention to detail. Great oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills, in person, over the phone, and via text and email. Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability. Office and customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suites programs. Familiarity with Sales Force or other CRM software a plus. This is a job requiring 8 hours a day in front of computer monitors at a sit / stand desk.
