In this role, you will be responsible for accurately managing inventory through the use of RF scanning technology, ensuring efficient stocking, shipping, and receiving processes. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining optimal stock levels, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Utilize RF scanners to accurately track, locate, and update inventory data in real-time. Perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices. Maintain organized storage areas through proper merchandising and inventory control techniques. Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data accuracy. Ensure cleanliness of the warehouse environment by performing routine cleaning tasks. Communicate effectively with team members across departments to coordinate stock movement and inventory updates. Qualifications Proven experience with RF scanners in a warehouse or retail environment. Previous retail store or grocery experience is preferred. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks regularly. Basic math skills for inventory counts, retail math calculations, and order processing. Ability to read and write in English. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
