Millwork Shipping and Receiving Job Locations:
Mobile Lumber Millwork Plant, Bay Minette, Alabama 36507 Mobile Lumber is seeking warehouse staff to work in shipping and receiving at our millwork production plant in Gulf Shores. This is a full-time position with benefits. Millwork experience (doors, windows, moulding, trim, stair parts, columns, etc.) is strongly PREFERRED and will be considered before applicants without industry experience. However, we will consider and train inexperienced applicants with strong work ethics and great attitudes.
Requirements:
Must be able to read a tape measure Continuously stand, squat, bend, stoop, twist, climb, reach, walk and kneel Frequently push/pull up to 75 pounds and lift/carry up to 50 pounds Occasionally push/pull 100 pounds and lift/carry 75 pounds or more Must be able to use hand and power tools correctly and safely Work in an uncontrolled temperature environment Reliable transportation Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Responsibilities:
Employee is to receive incoming merchandise and material Load/unload material from or onto trucks and trailers Perform other duties as assigned Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
