  • Competitive medical insurance We are looking to recruit an organized and detail-oriented Subcontract Clerk to join our busy Castings Team.
  • Working as part of the team, you will complete a range of subcontract, shipping, receiving, purchasing, and logistics activities.
  • As a Subcontract Clerk, you will support a variety of tasks involving the creation, tracking, and completion of subcontract job routers, purchase orders, and KPIs. You will use your organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation and ensure subcontract materials are properly shipped, received, and tracked. You will also utilize your communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and outside vendors.
  • We are looking for an individual who is motivated, detail-oriented, has a "can do" attitude, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Subcontract Clerk, you will support a variety of tasks related to subcontract purchasing, shipping and receiving, and logistics tracking. Key responsibilities include creating subcontract purchase orders, updating job routers, verifying incoming materials, packing and shipping subcontract materials, maintaining KPI boards, and tracking inbound and outbound shipments. You will also communicate shipment quantities and status updates while ensuring quantity and documentation accuracy.
