Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Receiving Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in managing incoming materials, inventory accuracy, and shipment documentation. The ideal candidate will have previous receiving, inventory, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable working independently. Work Environment Manufacturing warehouse environment High noise levels due to the production floor Facility is not climate controlled; candidates must be comfortable working in hot conditions Key Responsibilities Unload, unpack, count, label, and store incoming materials and products from containers and shipments Operate a forklift to transport materials throughout the facility (forklift experience required) Obtain packing slips, verify shipments, count inventory, and accurately record receipts in the company computer system Prepare shipping labels and enter information into Excel and Outlook (training provided) Qualifications Previous receiving, inventory control, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Forklift experience required
