is a manufacturer of premium workshop equipment with an extensive line of lifting equipment, diagnostic equipment, and testing technology that offers flexible solutions for all aspects of vehicle maintenance operations. Our company is seeking a Sales & Service Technician to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all customer service-related issues are answered and taken care of promptly.Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure that all customer service-related issues are being answered and taken care of promptly.
- Responsible for determining corrective actions regarding product issues at the customer site.
- Responsible for determining if and what spare parts are needed for repair at a customer site.
- Travel to customer sites for inspection, maintenance, installation, repair and other service-related issues.
- Maintain service issues related database.
- Maintain showroom and spare parts inventory.
- Sell spare and replacement parts.
- Sales order processing
- enter, monitor order progress, ship and invoice.
- Get shipping quotes and prepare paperwork for shipments (domestic & international).
Skills and Specifications:
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of hand tools, such as wrenches, pliers and power tools, such as electric drills, sanders, etc.
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge required.
- Willing to travel by air or automobile to domestic or international locations.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Customer service oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Outgoing, strong-minded but friendly personality, detail oriented.
- Opportunities for traveling abroad for training.
