Lampwork is a printing company in Lowell, Arkansas. We're hiring a Fulfillment Associate to inspect, pack, and ship customer orders. The work is fast-paced and hands-on, and there's a lot to learn — order specs, packing standards, carrier cutoffs, inventory. We'll train you on all of it. We're a small team, and we care about who joins it. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of building a winning team — someone who helps the people around them, takes pride in the work, and wants to grow with the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspect finished products against order specs before they ship Pack orders — rolls, tubes, and boxes — for safe shipping Print labels and run daily outbound shipments to meet carrier cutoffs Process reprints and returns; flag recurring issues Receive deliveries and keep inventory counts accurate Keep the fulfillment area stocked and organized, and help out wherever the team needs it

REQUIREMENTS

Able to stand for most of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable — on time, every day Detail-oriented — you catch mistakes before they ship A team player — you pitch in, help people out, and care whether the team wins

PAY, SCHEDULE & BENEFITS
