Shipping Clerk Top Drawer/GO Manufacturing is the manufacturer of premier pull-out drawers for Shelf Genie, the leading glide-out shelving franchise in the USA and Canada. As a Shipping Clerk on the Top Drawer team, a typical day for you will include: Managing administrative shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and portal operations. Staging, preparing, and palletizing products for timely shipment. Serving as the point of contact for tracking requests, order updates, and customer service inquiries. Reviewing priority reports to sequence daily workloads and meet scheduled deadlines. Supporting monthly inventory checks and tracking accuracy. Cross-training and assisting on the production floor during low-volume periods. Maintaining clear, effective communication across teams and leadership. Bring your skills and achieve success. Experience:
2+ years in a shipping and receiving environment
Skills:
Technical & Computer Skills:
Must be comfortable on a computer and possess basic computer literacy—they do not want to start from ground zero.
Core Shipping Tools:
Experience with standard shipping carriers and administrative processes, including FedEx, UPS, scheduling shipments, and generating Bills of Lading (BOLs).
Software:
Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping portals (they will be trained on internal proprietary software like the Wish portal).
Education:
High school diploma or GED Physical requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Bring your work ethic and gain stability.
Competitive Pay:
$20/hour+
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, Shift 1: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM Shift 2 (Swing/Late): 6:30 AM - 5:00
