Contract Job #313743 Kimco Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Tempe, AZ! Warehouse Associate (Forklift + Shipping) $19/Hr. to $20/Hr. (DOE) Monday- Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (OT as needed)
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
(Include the following; however, other duties may apply.) Receiving incoming shipments and verifying their contents against purchase orders or packing lists. Utilizing equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to unload and transport materials to designated storage areas. Organizing and storing materials in accordance with inventory management procedures, ensuring proper rotation to prevent spoilage or obsolescence. Fulfilling orders by accurately picking items from storage locations using hand-held scanners or other technology. Packing outbound shipments securely, labeling packages with shipping information, and arranging for transportation carriers to pick up deliveries. Monitoring inventory levels and conducting routine inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Assisting with audits or cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify any potential issues. Operating equipment safely and adhering to all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to facilitate efficient material handling operations. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and meet production or customer demands effectively. Education and/orExperience:
- Stand-Up Forklift experience
- Preferably, LTL & Hazmat Shipping
