Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Online Seller, where you'll be at the forefront of e-commerce operations, managing online product listings, processing orders, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. You'll be responsible for coordinating inventory, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining accurate product data—all while adhering to safety standards and optimizing operational efficiency. Duties Manage online product listings by updating descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels using inventory management systems. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order picker equipment, barcode scanners, and manual handling techniques. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely to load and unload shipments. Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation using warehouse management systems. Coordinate shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments via RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and ensuring proper packaging standards are met. Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhering to manual handling guidelines. Support warehouse distribution activities including stocking shelves, organizing materials, and preparing items for shipment while maintaining quality control standards. Experience Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS). Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools. Knowledge of order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, shipping & receiving procedures. Strong understanding of inventory management systems and barcode scanning technology used in logistics. Prior experience in warehouse supervision or team coordination is advantageous but not required. Basic math skills for counting inventory accurately and processing order quantities efficiently. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols with experience using PPE and following manual handling procedures.
