Weekly pay and opportunities for career growth Immediate opening Bring Your Apparel Receiving Experience to Our Team Are you an experienced Receiving Clerk who understands the accuracy required in apparel distribution? We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional to manage inbound shipments and help keep our receiving operation running smoothly. Previous apparel industry experience is required. Qualified candidates should understand apparel inventory, including styles, SKUs, colors, sizes, quantities, purchase orders, and carton-level details. This position is an excellent fit for someone experienced with Manhattan WMS, RF scanners, container tracking, Bills of Lading, manifests, and high-volume warehouse receiving. What You'll Do You will help ensure apparel shipments are received, documented, and entered into our inventory system accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Review inbound apparel documentation, including manifests, Bills of Lading, packing slips, purchase orders, and advance shipping notices Verify styles, SKUs, colors, sizes, carton counts, quantities, and item information against receiving documents Enter and update receiving and inventory transactions in Manhattan WMS Log and track containers while maintaining current shipment records Use RF scanners to receive, transfer, locate, and track inventory Identify and research shortages, overages, damages, incorrect styles, and other receiving discrepancies Communicate with carriers, drivers, warehouse teams, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipment issues Assist with inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, audits, and record accuracy Maintain organized receiving documents and ensure all information is entered correctly and promptly Follow established receiving, inventory-control, documentation, and quality-verification procedures Required Qualifications At least 2-3 years of receiving, inventory-control, or warehouse-administration experience Previous experience in apparel, fashion, garments, footwear, or a closely related consumer-products distribution environment Experience working with apparel inventory details such as styles, SKUs, colors, sizes, purchase orders, and carton quantities Experience using Manhattan WMS or a comparable warehouse-management system Experience with RF scanners, data entry, and inventory transactions Knowledge of manifests, Bills of Lading, packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving documentation Experience with container logging and shipment tracking Strong attention to detail, organization, and recordkeeping Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment Ability to work independently and collaborate with warehouse and office teams Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience in a high-volume apparel distribution center Experience with inventory audits and reconciliation Experience coordinating with freight carriers, drivers, vendors, or internal departments Previous experience in a receiving, logistics, inventory-control, or warehouse office Why Join Our Team? $19.00-per-hour starting pay Weekly pay Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Day shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Full-time, stable employment Supportive team environment Career growth and advancement opportunities Hands-on experience with leading warehouse technology Ready to Apply?
