About the Role As a Shipping Associate, you'll play a key role in making sure our products are accurately packed, shipped, and delivered on time. You'll work side-by-side with experienced professionals in a fast-paced, supportive environment where everyone's contribution matters. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment Create and manage shipping labels using logistics software Prepare shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, shipping orders) Track and confirm shipments to ensure timely delivery Operate forklifts and order pickers (certification required) Use scan guns to manage inventory movements Help maintain accurate inventory and clean, organized work areas Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams Follow all safety and quality protocols Assist with other warehouse and manufacturing tasks as needed What We're Looking For Prior experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment Certified or experienced forklift operator Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable with basic computer systems and shipping software Strong communication and teamwork skills A proactive, dependable, and positive mindset Why You'll Love Working Here We're a company that believes in teamwork, respect, and personal growth.
