CX is a new subsidiary of Beautylish, Inc., focused on providing logistics services for personal care ecommerce brands. Since we started ecommerce in 2012, we have developed a great reputation for the high-touch and personal service that we provide for every order. Our Fresno fulfillment center is growing and we're looking for people excited to join a collaborative team and create an exceptional customer experience. Fulfillment Associates are responsible for all of the processes that ensure our customers quickly receive a perfectly fulfilled and beautifully packaged order. We pride ourselves on a reputation of fast and personalized service with every single order. Fulfillment Associate 1 responsibilities include: Accurately hand-picking items from inventory Carefully inspecting and packaging orders for shipment Folding, preparing and assembling shipping materials Meeting hourly and daily goals/KPIs for accuracy and efficiency Assisting with inbound and outbound palletizing and shipments Moving pallets using a stand-up forklift and/or pallet jack Contributing to keeping the fulfillment center organized, clean, and safe Qualities that we look for include: Excellent punctuality, attendance, and reliability Attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness Ability to stay focused and perform consistently to meet goals Eager to learn, apply feedback, and improve over time A positive and collaborative attitude Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates

Requirements:

Our Fresno fulfillment center is hiring Full Time positions, typically 40 hrs/week with a consistent schedule. Our standard shifts are 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri but some overtime and occasional weekend shifts may be available/required. Associate must be able to navigate and operate in a fast-paced, physically active environment, stand for long periods of time, and lift 50+ pounds All employees must have and maintain current U.S. work authorization Fluency in verbal and written English Must be at least 18 years of age
