We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Order Picker and Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving and organizing materials, maintaining accurate inventory, preparing customer orders, and safely operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming freight and raw materials. Read and verify packing labels and shipping documents. Inspect incoming materials for damage and report any discrepancies. Place materials in the correct inventory locations. Arrange returns for damaged materials when necessary. Locate and pull inventory for outgoing orders. Pick orders accurately according to pick lists. Complete orders within the required timeframe. Stock and replenish inventory as needed. Identify missing items and report low-stock products. Rotate inventory using FIFO procedures. Maintain materials in an organized and damage-free condition. Assist walk-in customers with orders and inventory selection. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. Wear all required personal protective equipment. Communicate with Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Shipping and Receiving, and Human Resources. Attend required safety, informational, and training meetings. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, order-picking, shipping and receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Previous forklift operating experience preferred. Forklift certification is available on-site. Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, pick lists, work orders, labels, emails, and related documents. Knowledge of FIFO inventory procedures. Food-manufacturing or food-distribution experience is a plus. Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, AIB, OSHA, or

ISO 9001

standards is preferred. Ability to learn warehouse layouts, product locations, and inventory codes. Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work efficiently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and sound judgment. Ability to understand written and verbal safety instructions in English. Customer-service experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements. Ability to work safely around moving equipment and warehouse machinery. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
