Duties Receive, unload, and load shipments using material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory movement Stock shelves, produce displays, and organize products efficiently within the warehouse and retail store areas Conduct regular inventory checks using RF scanners and maintain accurate inventory records through inventory management systems Assist in shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing lists Maintain cleanliness and safety standards by performing routine warehouse maintenance, cleaning, and organizing workspaces Support merchandising efforts by arranging products according to store standards and ensuring proper product placement Communicate effectively with team members across shifts to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth warehouse operations Experience Prior warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred Familiarity with inventory control systems and material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while practicing safe lifting techniques Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication within diverse teams Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in stock management and merchandising processes Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors This full-time position offers an engaging work environment where your efforts directly contribute to our operational success.
