.Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Customer Service & Aesthetic Specialist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while supporting aesthetic treatments and spa services to ensure a welcoming and luxurious experience for all guests. Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client follow-ups efficiently using our booking system. Assist clients with skincare consultations, recommending appropriate aesthetic treatments such as facials, Microneedling, Botox and dermal fillers. Support aestheticians and spa technicians in preparing treatment rooms and maintaining sanitation standards to ensure safety and hygiene. Promote retail sales of skincare products, and spa packages through personalized client interactions. Handle client inquiries professionally via phone or in person, providing detailed information about services offered. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, including reception space and retail shelves. Uphold strict sanitation protocols during all aesthetic procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Requirements Proven experience in customer service within a spa or aesthetic setting preferred; strong background in skincare or cosmetology is highly desirable. Knowledge of aesthetic treatments such as facials, microneedling RF. Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain treatment options clearly. Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and retail sales efficiently. Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all aesthetic procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional attitude that fosters client trust and satisfaction. Basic sales skills to promote retail products confidently while maintaining a client-focused approach.
