This position combines customer service, sales support, shipping, and receiving responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls and emails professionally. Assist customers with product questions, orders, tracking, returns, and other concerns. Convert customer inquiries and sales leads into completed orders. Prepare and print shipping labels and verify shipment information. Receive incoming goods and check quantities against purchase orders. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. Update order, tracking, and inventory information in our computer system. Help resolve shipping or delivery issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service, shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred. Strong communication and basic computer skills. Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment. Experience in furniture, e-commerce, or order fulfillment is a plus. We are looking for a friendly, energetic team member who is committed to excellent customer service and accurate order fulfillment.
