We are looking for seasonal part-time or full-time help for our location in RSM, opportunity to get hired for permanent position. The position is for handling sales and service in our retail location and requires a positive, helpful attitude as well as being comfortable using computers, POS systems, and printers. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuance. Upsell complementary items and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain attractive product displays through ensuring shelves are well-organized and inviting, stock shelves efficiently, including mild cleaning duties Ensure compliance with store policies regarding cash handling, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Notary certified is highly recommended Honesty and integrity in handling customer transactions, mail confidentiality, and package receiving/handling Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math calculations.
