Redlands, CA Job Description:

Coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment in collaboration with pharmacy staff. Maintain warehouse stock in a clean and organized manner. Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts for shipping materials. Restock pharmacy packing areas and receive supplies and inventory. Retrieve shipping documents and labels, organize them for picking, and assist with packing and shipping procedures. Track shipped packages, ensure delivery receipt, and report undelivered items. Manage inventory levels, place purchase orders, and reconcile inventory balances under pharmacist supervision.

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM; Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM.

Remote/On-site:

Onsite as needed. Safety sensitive role with warehouse security and possible exposure to hazardous materials. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Physical demands include reaching, twisting, bending, and turning. Requires high school diploma or GED.

Education/Licenses Needed:

High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of packing and shipping with national carriers. Ability to operate a pallet jack preferred. Experience with MS Word and Excel; data entry skills helpful. Pharmacy technician license or training certification required by state pharmacy regulations.
